Warming Principles
Start with best subscribers Week 1–3: 30-day openers only. Highest engagement produces fastest reputation signals.
Monitor before expanding Only advance to next week's volume if deferral rate stays below 5% per ISP.
Per-ISP monitoring Check Postmaster Tools (Gmail) and SNDS (Outlook) daily during warming.
Don't rush Warming too fast produces 421 deferrals that damage the IP's reputation during the critical early weeks.
